Set in the medieval historic centre of Brienno, Ca’ Nova is a lakeside townhouse of contemporary design, its vertical layout blending into the lie of the land around it.

The house extends to around 295 m² over six levels linked by an internal lift, with a layout that keeps the spaces flowing naturally and lake views that get better floor by floor.
